Hello Mike,

We own two more 404 sedans

8223390 a 1966 injection (now with xc7 carb) in 1046 eau vive colour

and 4127983, a 1961 carb in turquoise (1006)

The older one was in turquoise originally not tango red, just for the record.

I've seen countless 404 pickups in West Africa and also a few sedans but no numbers of course.

but I'm sure nobody overthere has any interest to report to the register.
They are to busy to survive and to earn some money with their cars !

(I think the number shown here is the body - Carrosserie Peugeot - number, becase if it is the serial number, one of the 7 numbers is missing) 517992, a Sedan Carburator of 1964, located in Högbacken, Sweden. The Carrosserie Peugeot number of 517992 is correct for a 1964 car.

if you register all 404's, you can work much more quickly by copying the factory-numbers

Serious: still going fast, this register grows fast !
The 404's in South Afrika ( Johannesburg ) are beautifull, as new!

Believe it or now, that is what I did with the 404 C cars. But they only made 17.223 of those, so it's a smaller Excel spreadsheet than the 2,8 million other 404s!
